做法
1. | 2/3 鍋的水燒滾。將芝麻湯圓放進水裡用中火煮到湯圓浮在水上3分鐘。剛煮時要攪動一下以免湯圓黏鍋底。 |
2. | 雞蛋打散。 |
3. | 舀出湯圓放進碗裡。將鍋裡的水倒到剩下2杯。 |
4. | 加入酒釀,糖和桂花醬煮2分鐘。煮時略為攪動。 |
5. | 讓湯大滾。快速攪動湯讓其成旋渦狀後倒入蛋汁﹐馬上熄火。再將蛋湯倒入裝湯圓的碗裡即可。 |
Procedure
1. | Boil a 2/3-full pot of water. Place the sesame filled rice balls into the water and cook over medium heat until they are floating for 3 minutes. Gently stir the rice balls in the beginning to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. |
2. | Beat the egg. |
3. | Transfer the cooked rice balls to a bowl. Discard the water but leave 2 cups in the pot. |
4. | Add the fermented sweeten rice, sugar and Osmanthus sauce and continue to cook for 2 minutes, stir occasionally. |
5. | Bring the soup to a boil. Quickly stir the soup to form a whirl. Add the beaten eggs and turn off the heat. Pour the soup over the rice balls and serve. |
